How can I put this? Bloodborne is rather poorly balanced in the player's favor. Levels can certainly give you an edge. But most of the time, you'll be in a position where the Weapon Upgrades, Blood Gems, and Consumables(Like Paper, PBCs, BBPs, etc.) are available in such a way that getting them kinda trivializes the game.
Rifle Spear is still pretty eh so I don't use it. Reiter I don't use very often either but when I do it's usually in conjunction with a BMA'd repeater pistol since at 25 BT and each slotted with a 31.5% bloodtinge gem, repeater beats evelyn by 60 AR.

The Reiterpallasch is semi-secretly awesome. It benefits a bit from Bloodtinge but it's really a Skill weapon first and foremost. It's the most powerful single-bullet projectile attack you can get on a non-Bloodtinge or Arcane build since Physical Atk Up gems raise the gun's damage, and if you use a buff like Fire Paper on the Reiter, it also applies to the gun.

BBPs? Remember it's beast claws man. In case it's not clear: so long as I have beast's embrace (which I will) I will have permanent beasthood both tricked and untricked. BBPs become a liability for not only I already cover their effect, but also once they "run out" the bar disappears instead of remaining where it is.

I've got one from an Operations Center might work with Manufacturing Facility too also get stuff from distress beacons at crash sites I just asked for directions it showed "Operations Center" but showed Manufacturing Facility at the waypoint! if find any place a beacon and head back there after awhile might need to leave the planet or even the system then go back or might just a time limit ...

Amrita Shower/ Heat Riser / Psy Boost (up to you but I prefer Amrita Shower for this slot). Overall the only essential ones are One Shot Kill and the gun boosters since that's her highest DPS. Evade Nuclear is also really helpful and basically essential if you want to use her in the secret boss.

well ABFL or FL in general isn't really appealing to me, at least not until i'm in the 100s. i just want a good leveling build so that i can throw down 2-3 AoEs that will wipe out every enemy, and leave a few for the remaining mercs to finish off. will a witch, beast trainer, arty and musician main be enough to handle the monsters until i get the b rank mercs? that's what i'm wondering right ...
Though the game doesn't tell you, I believe Dual Dynamo boosts your Melee Attack, Ranged Attack and Potential by about 150% their maximum value. If I were to use Telethia Plume as an example, my previous Photon Saber build was only capable of taking about 49 RP from it per run but with Dual Dynamo, I could knock off over 125 2.
