Rifle Spear is still pretty eh so I don't use it. Reiter I don't use very often either but when I do it's usually in conjunction with a BMA'd repeater pistol since at 25 BT and each slotted with a 31.5% bloodtinge gem, repeater beats evelyn by 60 AR.

How can I put this? Bloodborne is rather poorly balanced in the player's favor. Levels can certainly give you an edge. But most of the time, you'll be in a position where the Weapon Upgrades, Blood Gems, and Consumables(Like Paper, PBCs, BBPs, etc.) are available in such a way that getting them kinda trivializes the game.
BBPs? Remember it's beast claws man. In case it's not clear: so long as I have beast's embrace (which I will) I will have permanent beasthood both tricked and untricked. BBPs become a liability for not only I already cover their effect, but also once they "run out" the bar disappears instead of remaining where it is.

Io's Halberd is the best IMO Louis probably does have the best katana but it's still kinda s*** IMO and the moveset for Executioner is better to me. Hey guys, I'm playing my first playthrough of the game and I'm a typical Sword and Board Knight type. So far speccing mainly into End and Str with some Vit in there. I just upgraded a curved sword to +10 in order to get the Quelaag furysword but before I commit I was wondering if there a better/more suitable weapons I should look into.

Amrita Shower/ Heat Riser / Psy Boost (up to you but I prefer Amrita Shower for this slot). Overall the only essential ones are One Shot Kill and the gun boosters since that's her highest DPS. Evade Nuclear is also really helpful and basically essential if you want to use her in the secret boss.

Curious, I pull up the skills tree to find ALL of my skills have been reset, but I can still use them (had everything unlocked). My battery is back to having 3 bars and stuck there as I cannot rebuy the skills. Also, my crafting is borked now as I carry more than will display (8/4 IEDs, for example).
Just relax, it’s not an obligation that they show them at all. Especially considering the VSkills don’t drop until 2/20. Whether they show them all or not the build is playable at CC and the community will do the work it’s always done and it’ll all be on Twitter by the end of the weekend.
