well ABFL or FL in general isn't really appealing to me, at least not until i'm in the 100s. i just want a good leveling build so that i can throw down 2-3 AoEs that will wipe out every enemy, and leave a few for the remaining mercs to finish off. will a witch, beast trainer, arty and musician main be enough to handle the monsters until i get the b rank mercs? that's what i'm wondering right ...
Amrita Shower/ Heat Riser / Psy Boost (up to you but I prefer Amrita Shower for this slot). Overall the only essential ones are One Shot Kill and the gun boosters since that's her highest DPS. Evade Nuclear is also really helpful and basically essential if you want to use her in the secret boss.
Though the game doesn't tell you, I believe Dual Dynamo boosts your Melee Attack, Ranged Attack and Potential by about 150% their maximum value. If I were to use Telethia Plume as an example, my previous Photon Saber build was only capable of taking about 49 RP from it per run but with Dual Dynamo, I could knock off over 125 2.

For a melee/magic DPS MK build, which augments are best? GC is 60/40 magick to str but again the more magick the better. Try to get the best mace in the game which is the Virge of Madness and balance your auments with str and magick boosters mentioned above. Acuity, attunement vehemence clout at a minimum.
