You can use either Tink or a Mothman. You'll need to pass three (3) MV bills for a monster weapon, obtain three (3) Accelerators and pass three (3) MV bills on each. You'll also need to get a level 20 Lover for whichever one you're using. You'll also have to put the Mothman in critical status (HP <= 25%) if that's what you're using.

Bonus list items are always random within the item rank range for the map. Medicine is a rank 3 item, so you'll want a low rank map for this hunt. On the flip side, you should reincarnate when you've gained a lot of subclass mastery since the last reincarnation and/or have access to better leveling (i.e., maxed out elite 4 squad). ...
The combination of rage charge + impact charge + fighting spirit is also effective for clearing out the bank guards. My preferred way of doing that at the moment is to have these all on a single elemental magic damage dealer (e.g., a magic knight). With this, the bank guards can all be taken out in a single turn.

EPR-radar 3 years ago #4 The bottom line is to not worry about the blue/orange bars, or about accumulating bonus points to base stats via stored reincarnation levels. Those mechanisms from earlier games are still there, but are pretty much made obsolete by the new class mastery mechanics.
