EPR-radar 3 years ago #4 The bottom line is to not worry about the blue/orange bars, or about accumulating bonus points to base stats via stored reincarnation levels. Those mechanisms from earlier games are still there, but are pretty much made obsolete by the new class mastery mechanics.
All other skills can be transferred via Character World scrolls or Reincarnation. You can't transfer Overloads at all. Though you can assign certain overloads (the ones for the "Generic" enemy overlords you can recruit like Logan) to any character via bills in the post game. ... Bonus list items are always random within the item rank range for the map. Medicine is a rank 3 item, so you'll want a low rank map for this hunt. Blood Parch maps would be my guess as to where to look. Alternatively, the shops mystery room in the item world can have this in the bribery items shop (again randomly).
The combination of rage charge + impact charge + fighting spirit is also effective for clearing out the bank guards. My preferred way of doing that at the moment is to have these all on a single elemental magic damage dealer (e.g., a magic knight). With this, the bank guards can all be taken out in a single turn.
