EPR-radar 3 years ago #4 The bottom line is to not worry about the blue/orange bars, or about accumulating bonus points to base stats via stored reincarnation levels. Those mechanisms from earlier games are still there, but are pretty much made obsolete by the new class mastery mechanics.

Important support units are a sage for the second attack buff and Christo for perfect accuracy. Support units should have enough stat down evilities to ensure that kamikaze on the damage dealer processes, but it's not necessary to drive the bank guard stats down very far, assuming the damage dealer is maxed.

The combination of rage charge + impact charge + fighting spirit is also effective for clearing out the bank guards. My preferred way of doing that at the moment is to have these all on a single elemental magic damage dealer (e.g., a magic knight). With this, the bank guards can all be taken out in a single turn.
