Important support units are a sage for the second attack buff and Christo for perfect accuracy. Support units should have enough stat down evilities to ensure that kamikaze on the damage dealer processes, but it's not necessary to drive the bank guard stats down very far, assuming the damage dealer is maxed.
Bonus list items are always random within the item rank range for the map. Medicine is a rank 3 item, so you'll want a low rank map for this hunt. Blood Parch maps would be my guess as to where to look. Alternatively, the shops mystery room in the item world can have this in the bribery items shop (again randomly).

EPR-radar 3 years ago #4 The bottom line is to not worry about the blue/orange bars, or about accumulating bonus points to base stats via stored reincarnation levels. Those mechanisms from earlier games are still there, but are pretty much made obsolete by the new class mastery mechanics.

The combination of rage charge + impact charge + fighting spirit is also effective for clearing out the bank guards. My preferred way of doing that at the moment is to have these all on a single elemental magic damage dealer (e.g., a magic knight). With this, the bank guards can all be taken out in a single turn.

On the flip side, you should reincarnate when you've gained a lot of subclass mastery since the last reincarnation and/or have access to better leveling (i.e., maxed out elite 4 squad). ...

First Imp skills: Sharp Edge, Impulse Edge, Finisher. Equip Splash/Petrify Driveblade and either Tharsis Wing or Tharsis Comet, then a good Fortress can keep this character on the frontline, allowing you to eventually add Accel Drive and Cool Edge to regain your untyped damage.
