TBH, NCU is almost like MFO, but if you need to grind to get some experience in fighting where EVERY action and ATB cancel counts, do so. I'm running a NCU run up to CH 10 or so anyways. I may try a No Stagger allowed run, this may be interesting (Bosses only, ofc) No stagger sounds painful as hell lol I dunno about MFO.

If you just want to pug raid, you have all of primal, so there is plenty of parties up. Also keep in mind you can join a static in another server on primal, so you aren't forced to just play with the scene on any particular server. Most of my static is malboro, but we found people on other server using pf.

Ok first thing, the only way I can get online is from my phones hotspot, to check and see if there was an system update. I did this yesterday, saw there was an update for Fallout 4, figured what the hell might as well since I ran into a bug that prevents me from even starting the BOS storyline early in game after killing the ghouls.

Alright guys forgive me for such a long post, but I hope it can help out a little bit. It seems like settlements bring forth the most questions in this game, so I figured we could put together a kind of cheat sheet for everything settlement related.

I would assume so, but my gaming groups have always done the random stats. Roll 4d6 and drop the lowest six times, then put those into your stats as you see fit. I've even had some nice DMs that would allow you to reroll one stat if you wanted. I miss tabletop and wish I could get a group together again.

Also, for the regular game, Mikhail's ruling and war strategy game aren't THAT complicated and it's easy to exploit by using outside resources into the mini-game (like Aurum or by random battling).
