Logically they would have fixed the TTD before they messed with the TTK. The fact they went about it the way they did tells me a lot. I don't think the tick rate (30Hz) has changed from BF1. Sometimes when you warp into a system you will be near a freighter under attack, if you help it out, and don't have a freighter, then you can get the freighter itself as a reward. (Not sure what the current rewards are if you already have a freighter.)
