Logically they would have fixed the TTD before they messed with the TTK. The fact they went about it the way they did tells me a lot. I don't think the tick rate (30Hz) has changed from BF1. And I believe that PC is running a 60 Hz tick rate with the same problems so I'd be surprised if the issues we're seeing in BFV are due to tick rate.

Ive noticed that when I check, there's usually one or two other guys with the same ping, but pretty much everyone else is in the low 30s.
