If its anything like 6, you'll hit an area with a level 99 cap before you hit any real difficulty leap. And if you stay in an area to hit the level cap before moving on, you'll be far stronger than you need to be at every turn. I can't imagine anyone forcing themselves into a sour spot.

that is where i ended off on both of them to i felt like i was missing something with the other one i didnt have merv in my party tho no idea if that had something to extend it further. the first one i found the ending nice with aishe a nice little side story that actually outright tells you who she is.

i'm stucked in this place too and i went to the blue portal but it said that i need a container to scoop some. where do i have to go to get one? ... I got the Prism Dew before needing it (I still don't need it afaik), but iirc, you should already have the container, as it uses the bottle that held the Angle Tears. Surrender and I will destroy ...
Aishe is geared towards physical classes so if by the end of the game you have her as Hero or Champion then your in good shape. In my opinion each party member is fits one or more of the lets say 3 main class archetypes

basically the level cap is the PS1 version -4 levels for all area's that are before the ones that have no level cap. So while Dharma temple past = level 24 for the PS1 version it will be level 20 for this 3DS one not like that really matters the new slime forest area has a job level cap of 19 and if you have access to the jobs for this version at level 14 to 15 then just abuse that slime ...
For monster jobs, healslime is great for a permanent multiheal. If you're planning on making someone specialize in monster jobs, dingbat (chimera + jawtoise + kingfucshia) is pretty good, can be gotten without farming hearts, and builds into better monsters if you want to keep going.

Introduction Welcome to the main thread for Dragon Quest Cosmos! DQC is a board-based game drawing from the original Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior, with added elements from DW2 and DW3 (and maybe even more...?) for greater variety in gameplay options.
Death--If your character dies, and your party is unable to immediately revive you, you have the option either: 1) to remain dead, incurring the XP penalty only (don't worry, it will rarely be more than 1-2 battles' worth of XP), until the party can return to town and pay a priest (fee will increase linearly with the player's level), or

Try talking to the guy with the weird hat inside the house at the Monster Meadows (via Nottagen Present or the portal in the underground part of Haven). Since you have Aishe, that means you finished the Nottagen plot and should have full access to tablet making for any monsters you've tamed.
