I have Dragonborn installed, and I hear it lets you reset a perk tree for a Dragon Soul. I assume there's a method of producing this effect without doing the quests, which would require quite a few levels to become doable :L Can I reset my perks without manually removeperk - addperk -removeperking?
Let's just say that indie devs in particular have pretty commonly seen a massive jump in sales when they came to Steam from a console. I don't recall which game, but some indie dev a year or two ago said he made as much on Steam in one week as he made in a whole year on XBox Live.

my guess is that one or both of the minuteman mods is overriding the UCO changes to combat armor - the mods equip combat armor on MM and if they either made a mistake in editing or intended to make a global change that will clash with any mod like UCO - just follow the directions on the UCO site and make sure nothing is below the UCO mods in the load order and it should be fine.
Ok first thing, the only way I can get online is from my phones hotspot, to check and see if there was an system update. I did this yesterday, saw there was an update for Fallout 4, figured what the hell might as well since I ran into a bug that prevents me from even starting the BOS storyline early in game after killing the ghouls.
