The Fallout wiki says that if I pay Jericho 20 caps he tells me that Colin keeps his payroll for Gob and Nova by his bed. I got into his room, and lockpicked the cabinet in the corner, but all it had was shotgun shells, so what gives?

This process can also be used to force the save file name for other characters to appear- sometimes it is stubborn about not displaying save files after the first character. Again, selecting "Load" and then then character's save file instead of using the "Continue" option at the game start screen avoids this whole mess.
I tried using the GECK to locate the ammo id's but they don't show up on the list, how do I find them in game? I tried dropping the ammo and clicking on it but the id it gives me is wrong. I need the ammo id's for fallout 3 wanderers edition like the 7.52 ammo for the m60.

Charisma affects a couple things. It modifies barter and speech, adding only 2 points at 1 charisma and 20 points at 10 charisma. It also makes your companions more powerful, increasing their damage and armor by up to 50%. Finally, a charisma of at least 6 is needed for the Ferocious Loyalty and Animal Friend perks.

my guess is that one or both of the minuteman mods is overriding the UCO changes to combat armor - the mods equip combat armor on MM and if they either made a mistake in editing or intended to make a global change that will clash with any mod like UCO - just follow the directions on the UCO site and make sure nothing is below the UCO mods in the load order and it should be fine.
The first three just send power to different places, giving you rep with different factions. 4 sends power to some unknown place, which enables Archimedes II once you find the C-finder. 5 overloads the plant until it blows up, sending power nowhere and permanently disabling the place.

If they're unique ID wanna grab em to, that doesn't make any sense have 3 pieces and not a full set, ID rather them not be in the game at that point, I thought the Tesla power armor was the coolest in fo3 Why would there need to be a tesla coil on the legs or head? You attack with the arms and enemies will general aim for the larger body mass.
Alright guys forgive me for such a long post, but I hope it can help out a little bit. It seems like settlements bring forth the most questions in this game, so I figured we could put together a kind of cheat sheet for everything settlement related.
I use UCO with no problems. I've heard that Armorsmith can cause problems down the road, though I don't know if that's right or wrong. You'll have to ask someone else that's used it for an opinion.
