Also, check your Digimail to see if there's anything you haven't done yet. I checked the guide and I think it's because of a bug I was able to recruit PlatinumNumemon when my advanced item shop was only level 1 and I'm guessing it doesn't count towards the prosperity, even if my advanced item shop has been upgraded.
