Fall off the ledge to the west, and you're more or less back where you started. Head north, and then go east past the Access Point. Give the Electroder to Techna- Donna at Device Dome. She will increase your radar into Power Radar. Now if you go to Giga Domain, you can see the surrounding, not dark anymore. While still in the Forest Path map, look for a second rainbow colored harvest point to obtain the Digi-Royal Jelly (デジローヤルゼリー) event item for Kuwagamon. You can return to the 2nd Power Plant to recruit Kuwagamon, or wait until the story sends you there again (which will be very soon).
