I own both All Clad d5 and Thermo Clad--often having trouble choosing between them. If you go Demeyere for a pan, I'd suggest that you consider the 11" pro line 7 pli with helper handle (sometimes sold as Atlantis). I think you should purchase at least one Dutch Oven for one pot meals.

It's supposed to be 'no name brand' but commercial quality cookware. How does it compare to , say, All-Clad, which I have some of and like , just dont feel like shelling out $100 every time I want or need a new fry pan or sauce pan. Was looking at some Cuisinart on eBay when I spotted this NSF stuff, which is also on Amazon and other sites.
