Make a separate save file immediately after defeating CFW Trick in LAN Castle. DO NOT trigger the event in Planeptune until you have saved to a separate slot! For now, leave all Shares as they are, and trigger the Planeptune event, which initiates the second battle against CFW Magic.
Artura Arrima can heal and it is hard to do enough damage with both of them blasting you to get through her HP. By knocking out the one with the weakness first, you are able to get somewhere with the damage even with the healing. Once you get Chocoman No. 2 down, it is all about focus firing on Artura heavily.
Be aware that when taking out Chocoman, it will fly and hit you for some large damage. It may be best to save your break attack for another enemy. Work on Paix St. Gliss next. Once she is done, it's on to Artura Arrima. She can heal herself. It would be useful to use your built up break attacks here. She will go down easy with that.
