Artura Arrima can heal and it is hard to do enough damage with both of them blasting you to get through her HP. By knocking out the one with the weakness first, you are able to get somewhere with the damage even with the healing. Once you get Chocoman No. 2 down, it is all about focus firing on Artura heavily.

Be aware that when taking out Chocoman, it will fly and hit you for some large damage. It may be best to save your break attack for another enemy. Work on Paix St. Gliss next. Once she is done, it's on to Artura Arrima. She can heal herself. It would be useful to use your built up break attacks here. She will go down easy with that.
You can now use skills at any time during battle as long as you have the required SP and AP to use the skill. This means you will need to attack the enemy with your AP to gain SP. Note that 100 SP can be carried over from one battle to the next, but vanishes when you leave an area.
