Few years went by and the first Dragon Warrior game came, follow by a few more, and in 2000, Enix changed the original Dragon Warrior RPG in to Dragon Warrior Monster following the success of Pokemon R/B/Y.
What is a Skill Point? ----- Skill Points have been around since Ratchet and Clank 1. You get Skill Points when you accomplish a certain task. Some of these tasks are difficult, some are easy, while others are just plain weird.
There are 8 disguise stations you have to use until you get it. Take the last Henchman out when you get the Skill Point. Trash Talk - Use the trashcans to lure out and kill all the Henchmen. Just like it says, hit a trashcan, pull back, and when he sends a Henchman to check it out, stealth kill him and proceed.

It does only have 300 HP max, but being of the Metal monster family is immune to all spells except healing, it gets 255 MP at lvl 8, and knows both Kaboom and Kasizzle! However, the incredibly ridiculous odds of recruiting this monster makes it an incredible time wasting maneuver to recruit.
Try talking to the guy with the weird hat inside the house at the Monster Meadows (via Nottagen Present or the portal in the underground part of Haven). Since you have Aishe, that means you finished the Nottagen plot and should have full access to tablet making for any monsters you've tamed.
I used ePSXe version 1.5.2 with the following plugins and Bios: -P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.17 (video plugin) -ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2 (sound plugin) -scph1000 (Bios) Just Google these and you should be able to find them and download them all without too much of a problem.
