One PW not on that list is Higher Ground ( or I'm just too stupid to find it) , it's a modification of Path of Ascension and filled with nice people and lots of convenient functions like infinite persistent storage , being able to switch between a dozen servers so the quest you wanna do is pretty much always available , interserver chat , dozens of subraces etc. etc.

However, most of the 9th level cleric spells aren't good compared to wizard 9th level spells anyway. Searing Light caps out at 10d8 against undead, 5d6 against constructs, and 5d8 against other. There is no way you can compare that to IGMS except that searing light also allows no saving throw.
