Okay the FAQ for the EA game cards says you can buy them in Canada, but is that even true? I checked EB's, BB's and Wal-Mart's Canadian websites and both don't have the card on sale. I guess I'm still screwed. I don't really want to use a prepaid card if I can help it but I guess I have no choice.

It's not possible. Demand doesn't mean "you need more of this to balance it" it means "you can build more of this and it will be supported." The game is intentionally set up so there is never RCI balance, but it's also set up so you can utilize imbalance to create profit.

Then again, Hard gives you less money from taxes and you spend more on yearly maintenance on transit tiles. A good exercise in patience. You can abuse non-glitches: place 400 tiles of Roads, ge two Casinos, then get the third Casino once you have the money for the last of the 500 tiles of Road.
I was able to log into Origin just now (I'm on 7 at the moment though) so the service isn't down at the moment... I did have to wait a while as it updated the program to the most current version of Origin but it popped up telling me it was about to update before it did, and it only took like 2 or 3 minutes to finish the update.

Hey i build a city that combines Living, industry and comercial but for some reason my rci demands are always negative. The life expectancy is 100 and most of my sims are 50+ The education of evry class is 200. The commute time is 70. safety is high. Wth am i doing wrong? You need two peices of road per zone for the Detroit senario. It should help your RCI meter balance out. Also, don't be afraid to build. You want to make sure that you are bringing in money for the city, so lowering tazes to 0% probably isn't a good idea.
Yeah, I know my time for Pictimos sucks, but at least made it past it. Beat your time on Velagunder now though. Only person above me is someone I highly suspect is a cheater considering their time.
