They pretty much do the same in ways but UCO lets you make almost every weapon, armor, and clothing plus costumes, gloves, wigs, etc. Amorsmith only has clothing, armor, and a dog backpack. I don't know if Armorsmith can do it but UCO can let you remove legendary effects from weapons and armor and place them on others.

This ^ I use STC & STS and they work fine with Conquest. Yeah it doesn't break precombines. Just avoid Scrap Fallout and Scrap Everything. As those do break them. I actually had thought about using STC/STS when I originally installed Conquest, but I guess it slipped my mind since I never downloaded them despite using Conquest for a while now.
You can trade/drop power armor safely, but if the power armor has an atomic shop paintjob applied to it then it won't appear on the list of items you can trade and if you try to drop it on the ground you'll get a pop up that tells you that your item is going to be destroyed.
If they're unique ID wanna grab em to, that doesn't make any sense have 3 pieces and not a full set, ID rather them not be in the game at that point, I thought the Tesla power armor was the coolest in fo3 Why would there need to be a tesla coil on the legs or head? He's right though - campfire automatically supersedes the UOP. In fact I can't put anything above campfire in the load order. I can re-arrange the others fine, but not that one.
