Did you make the other shield yourself and use dragon scale of any kind in upgrading? Normally, with weapons other than short sword, you only get half the benefits of a shield (except with dual blades in which case you get nothing from shields).

I am already LV 99 for crafting and forging but I can't learn recipe anymore, like for example in forging Spear I only acquired 3% of the recipe for spear weapons, I made a spear and then eat a weapon bread but I won't learn any more new recipe the same goes for cooking I am LV 80 but I can't learn any new cooking recipe
Osterreich 1 week ago #8 For me this was a 4.5/10 the 0.5 reduction was due to needing rng to proceed to the last arc. Now it is a 5/5 game :D, I heard the rng thing was removed in this version.

I tried using the GECK to locate the ammo id's but they don't show up on the list, how do I find them in game? I tried dropping the ammo and clicking on it but the id it gives me is wrong. I need the ammo id's for fallout 3 wanderers edition like the 7.52 ammo for the m60.
