beta is at lvl 11 and 5 unlocks I think.the xp still counts, but its so high that the only people I imagine getting to 12 are people who keep bfbc running 24/7. tracer is a lvl 11 unlock btw. default rpg: stronger, slower, more drop. carl g: faster, weaker, less drop. both can be used with the tracer to make ammo home-in on vehicles and people. neither can be guided like the mounted weapon.

Logically they would have fixed the TTD before they messed with the TTK. The fact they went about it the way they did tells me a lot. I don't think the tick rate (30Hz) has changed from BF1. And I believe that PC is running a 60 Hz tick rate with the same problems so I'd be surprised if the issues we're seeing in BFV are due to tick rate.
