There is a weird glitch in this game that sometimes make Govi's reappear. If you finish the game with two or three more Dark Souls, don't get all excited and think you've found a secret Govi that I somehow missed. There are only 120 Dark Souls to find, NO MORE! ... which will hit a pillar to form a path to the left of the switch below you ...
After the tutorial you'll be in charge of Karin, and you'll notice that the turn card order is glowing red for her. Look at the number of SP (Sanity Points) she has left and it's at 2. That's why her card is red, because she will lose sanity by the time she gets a second or third turn and will go berserk.

You can step into the portal in the S and that will take you to the locked room in the Burning Cavern near the Berserker Room. There is an Hpotion in that room and a SMITHY stone too. I recommend first going through the once locked door and then re-enter the room. That leaves the door open and accessible for later if you need it.

Regardless, these weapons are always rank 10, and in the PS4 version at least, they glow when equipped. In addition to his weapons, this first time that you beat him, you will also receive one more party member: Seven.

The next room will have several Facsimile enemies that must be defeated to unlock the door. In the corridor following, the South room has a chest. The North room has a trapped chest that will lock the room and spawn multiple Facsimile enemies. Continue East and defeat the enemies to unlock the door on the upper North side of the room.
