The parsnips give it a nice sweetness and toothsome quality. But the star of the show is the frosting - and I’m not a massive fan of icing because it’s so sweet but .this version is totally delicious. I can’t find the recipe online but it basically replaces regular butter with brown butter to great effect. Another big hit at work.
