I'm guessing it's per wolf, which seems like a huge time sink investment. Unless maybe more powerful wolves give a stronger delicacy that gives you more upgrade points at one time. Or by some odd miracle that those upgrade points carry over into all wolves obtained, which I doubt.

Hey folks, I am trying to figure out how to get the bonus points to carry over weapons, items, etc. from one game to another. I can purchase said weapons and items in the options menu but can not figure out how to bring them into a new game. Please advise if I am missing something or if the bonus points do not actually carry over as I would like.
