I recently started playing again after a couple months break, before FotM was released, and was on Stormbluff Isle. I transferred to Kaineng on Tuesday just to get my WvW world completion done to get 100%. While on there it seemed like a lot of people had abandoned SBI and that the server was going downhill much like Henge and Eredon did.

I logged on and got a login reward the previous day. I know that the counter resets at 7 Eastern. generally I log on at about 10:30 PM pacific time. the previous night I had gotten a login reward at the 7 day tier. Last night when i logged on it was a day one tier reward.
I have Dragonborn installed, and I hear it lets you reset a perk tree for a Dragon Soul. I assume there's a method of producing this effect without doing the quests, which would require quite a few levels to become doable :L Can I reset my perks without manually removeperk - addperk -removeperking?
Curious, I pull up the skills tree to find ALL of my skills have been reset, but I can still use them (had everything unlocked). My battery is back to having 3 bars and stuck there as I cannot rebuy the skills. Also, my crafting is borked now as I carry more than will display (8/4 IEDs, for example).
