A Bow should have Unlimited Arrows 100%, if it doesn't, Earn Amrita isn't that good, the point being an access to infinite sources of Amrita Gauge, at a distance, that triggers even on block, and that is ideal when you have been hit and lost a bit of amrita from a red enemy to get your LW back.

The developer revenants are in fixed locations and can only be killed once per mission attempt. The other revenants are player graves. What you had found was a player who died with a bunch of amrita in their possession - and now they have either died elsewhere in the mission or, more likely, enough players have died in the mission to push them out of rotation.
Typically farming for amrita is a waste of time - because each level takes more amrita than the last so over levelling is incredibly difficult and so is remaining under leveled because the higher level missions give a ton more amrita than those before them.

Amrita stones often yield PvP abilities. Divine fragments are the best to use for PvE abilities, but spirit iron works just fine. However, when you are selecting the weapon - instead of pressing X to select it, press triangle. Now, instead of reforging, you are tempering - which uses umbracite.
And some weapons need it. Like dual swords. Of course more skills doesn't necessarily mean more worthwhile ones. But to be honest, for whatever reason I don't feel like Team Ninja is very good at anticipating the value of an active skill, so best we can hope for is more tries at good skills, and they might give us one.
