Technomancy and your nail gun works to a degree, but only settle for them if you have those skill trees mastered. Keep your health up and let it recharge if needed, and eventually you'll win. The Technomancer boss is a lame encore, but he is the last line of defense and has the key in his possession.
Sorry I haven't been able to cover the sidequests for the Infinite Weapons, but you should probably get those before coming here. Make sure to have all the gems you can get right now (you should have 13 Blue Gems, 13 Red Gems, 13 Black Gems, and 11 Green Gems if you did all the sidequests).

You can see two spice plants with your sniper scope from the bridge, and you can also see raak swirling up above. Go across the bridge, shotgun in hand, and take the spice plant (3 or 10) and fire on the rakks to get them coming. Pick-up the slabs of raak meat. Go north and take the next spice bush.
So get out a weapon with fast bullet speed, such as a sniper, and aim while right on top of a barrel. Wait for it to turn blue and shoot it. I think the most important element of Skill Trees, and something that all players should be aware of, is the option to reset your Skill Points. On any New-U Station, under the registration tab, you can pay a fee to reset all your Skill Points if you want to respec your character.
MP (Magic Points) ----- This is the character’s magical power. Each spell requires a certain amount of magic points to cast. As this number approaches 0, you will have fewer spells to choose from.
It will remain in a holster as long as you have it. 5 Skill Points are awarded for a multitude of accomplishments-taking outposts, kills, exploration, etc. Allocating early points to The Elephant Tree is highly recommended. Assigning your first three Skill Points to “Capable Strength” and to “Forceful Strength” is a no-brainer.

The road going south and then east out of Vasla Docks will get you near a ship that went aground on the rocks near the shore in shark infested water.
