I can get one of their accounts to hook up to the EA server, but neither my EA account or my other son's EA account will join (giving an "unable to login please contact help.ea.com or answers.ea.com" error). This happens even if I switch profiles and try to join just my Ea account instead. Anybody know what might be going on here?
