006-0520 is a rather generic network error, without more information I can't be of much help, but the following has worked in many cases: Try setting the DNS settings on your 3DS from Automatic to Manual, and use Google Public DNS as the DNS servers. Google Public DNS Primary: 8.8.8.8 Secondary: 8.8.4.4 This helped so much thank you!!
