I believe what I did, after having done PS4 first same as you, is simply try and login on Epic using my PSN username/password and it worked. Oddly enough, all my progress and locker crosses over, but there are missing v-bucks when on PC. I make sure to only buy stuff on PS4 because of that.

Go to EA origin and try to login with your email, you can use forgot password if needed. Then go to the about me or account info tab and it will show what psn is linked. You're probably already linked. I was in the same boat, and googled the question until I found the answer on an official EA faqs.
