Rooftop Ruckus - Lex has turned on you, and you now have to face Grid. Punch him several times to whittle down his health. When he goes to the back, charge up the generator underneath him. You'll then fight him a little more. Next time he goes to charge. Have Deadshot use his Detective Mode and pull the orange hook down.
Play his game of archery by hopping on the launcher machine and shooting at the targets. White targets get you 50 points, black targets deduct 25. Unfortunately, the arrows go kinda slow, so it's tough to hit the mark. I suggest going bananas and shooting all around at the spots where they'll spring up.
Matrimony and Magma - This one's in the southeast part of Apokolips, and really low, like down to the magma and then down a cave. You'll find a bunch of henchfolk stuck on rocks. Use Telekinesis on two spots, then look up and knock a ledge down so the guy hanging can drop.

For water vehicles, you should see two blinking orange buoys in the water, and for air vehicles, you'll see an x-shaped floating gate. Take your vehicle through the first one and the rest will pop up, and you'll have a limited time to get through each gate. Your time fully resets after each gate, so only worry about the next one.
It will be a trap, but you'll get another entry point in the pit to the right. Drop down and smash the stuff in the way, then use Captain Avalon to cut the vines. Inside is a closed portal. Approach it as Strange and press B in front of it. Geez, this guy can do everything. Head through the portal to the upper wall.
Use the portal gun to travel to the upper left ledge, then fly across the gap. Continue right, then use the beam to cross the gap. Hit the button (you could also just fly up here), then drop down and head right. Use the portal gun on the two white panels on the far right, then use the catapult to reach the upper ledge.
