Say you accidentally linked your PS4 code to TEST5, but you meant to link it to CORRECT2. You'd put TEST5 in your Square Enix ID slot, then you'd put CORRECT2 in the Square Enix ID (Intended) It's also saying that TEST5 should definitely be linked to your Sony account, or else the form would be useless to unbind them.
