i've really been loving this game, but holy hell... inventory management is a legitimate issue, unlike the single player games. i mean, consumables... i have so many food items, and can never seem to get rid of them... i'm considering just destroying them, since they're not worth anything.

If you will not play this game long term ESO+ isn't going to be necessary. You can play this game sporadically and still have a ton of fun without a membership. Membership only gives the CB, Crowns, and DLC access. *Edit - ESO+ membership also grants a 10% bonus to Gold found, Experience gained, Inspiration & Research times as well.
