Short cooldown (unlike void rift and null lance), can't miss, with multiple psis you can keep an entire pod in stasis for several turns. Void rift and null lance have insane cooldowns with void rift being very random. Domination only works once and enemy units have garbage accuracy so they are not all that helpful to begin with.
