CW Boi 209 posted... I think past games have been really good at knowing whether the clock was tampered with or not. I think the only thing the games didn't do was recognize daylight saving, so therefore it couldn't adjust on its own and would penalize you for time traveling if you adjusted it.
Some things are daily and can get repetitive and boring, while some events happen just once a year. The clock is always ticking, whether you're there or not (the slogan of the original AC, if you can believe it). An important point - Animal Crossing: Wild World isn't meant to be played for hours and hours at a time.
