I used him on one of my Elt clears, haven't tried him out on Lgd yet though. I had him turn Ling into a cover tank since she is easy to build for evasion. Yeah, 40% is pretty good! She, Chizuru (enhanced) and Brother all have 40% innate :D

My general Riki Set Up for high leveled enemies is: You can do it, Hero Time, Burninate, Freezinate, Lurgy, Behave, Happy Happy, and Roly-Poly Behave and Roly-Poly can be switched out for other Ether Status arts. This forces Riki to stay on Hero Time and go Ether DoT happy and gain aggro. Happy Happy is used whenever and gives a free party bar.
