Yesterday Origins is a remarkable graphic adventure that, however, does not manage to shine on Nintendo Switch due several technical issues. It remains the memorable piece of art it once was, with a wonderful story to follow, but there are some serious drops in framerate that need to be worked on.

The reliance on items for recovery is extremely tedious and outdated. And because items can be used to do almost anything, unique class skills are greatly devalued. A forced female protagonist is lame, especially because it's a roguelike. Class balance is a complete joke too, especially for Spellshaper.
RBI 19 is another step forward for the returning series, and it's still the only game in town on the Switch if you want a baseball game. But for a game that fancies itself as more arcade than simulation, it's still a bit bland to play for my liking.
AO Tennis 2 on the Nintendo Switch sets expectations high but for a tennis simulation, everything falls below the required standards. While the career mode and the player creation tool are interesting, the game's cast of players feels disconnected from reality, while the gameplay feels too demanding and the graphics are simply out of date for the current time.

The randomization in For the King is enough to make the replay value quite high, but whether bought physically or through the eShop, the game also comes with all previously released expansions. For the King has been out on Steam for a couple of years now, so that’s a lot of extra content to bite into.
Velocity 2X is a marvellous, quick paced experience with plenty of re-playability, that definitely finds its home on the Nintendo Switch. If you’ve never experienced Velocity 2X before then you are in for a treat.
R.B.I. Baseball 2017 is the sacrifice bunt of the Switch. It has a purpose in theory and might have been acceptable in its current form several years ago, but more efficient ways are on the way to get a sports fix.
With the combination of the easy-to-learn upgrade system, charming aesthetic, and simple tried and true gameplay, Bombslinger completely hooked me in every way.
