To see what attack attribute a character has, go to the status screen from the menu and press down on the C stick. Combo: A combo is a string of hits that keeps an enemy staggered. Each successive hit in a combo does less and less damage. Bonus experience is based on the highest combo achieved during that battle.

Those names were based on the monster faq - I didn't compare yours (sorry). I tried to message you to mention the updates so as not to call you out in public, but I wasn't able to. Go back and fire the machine again, dropping a chest that you can't quite get to yet. Fire the machine again, and a chest will drop behind you with another RED BASIL in it. Now examine the machine, and reset the puzzle.

That will help a lot. And this IS your last chance to shop for a while, since some crazy stuff is going to happen, so make full use of the opportunity. But anyway, what you need to do now is pretty much a mission of stealth, to get to the top of this place and avoid being seen by guards. Can do... 'cept it's five or six screens.
