AS the above said, you can get UAI (and at least one of the Assassination HLAs) and then Dual. I recommend you do it around the time you kill the first major boss in ToB (avoild spoilers), and then go to WK, your party should be able to take you 2 levels down, for enough experience to get you close. this is all munchkin of course, and won't really help till about 3/5s through the expansion.
