It opens a new field of domination: AIR DOMINATION. A domination that any unit detected in the open will instantly find 5 Orcas/Apaches swoop in and rain bullets and missiles, open targets recieve prompt bombings, and a re-takeover VERY HARD, even with ramjet snipers.
3) If your a barbarian you can use leap attack on level 1 (which jumps as far as level 20 leap) and hop over all the monsters. Once on floor 3 just leap over the red portal to the Pandemonium Fortress and tackle Mephisto. I did this on level 50 a few times and found loads of uniques.

If you have defeated the Jester and they are still not for sale, you did not take the portal out of Bremerton. Odds are you just backtracked and went through the ship. If this was the case, return to Bremerton, revisit the Jester's room, and wait near the stage until a portal descends.
