I've got a Uplay account linked to my PS4. It's still works, as I earn score for Ubisoft games like R6, GRW and The Crew on my PS4, and I can access Uplay from within the games. The problem is, that I can't get into the Uplay account on PC, I just get a 'Login Error'.

I had the same problem. It turns out that the problem is that the PSP fixes user IDs to itself. You can gsign in via another ID if you delete the account from the PSP (don't worry, it will only remove it from your PSP);
