well, i would first suspect race changing or general eye/hairstyle changing mods, but i don't see any i'd recognize as such offhand (of course i'm not familiar with every one of your mods). but a quick scan of this forum led me to another post in which someone suggested that mannimarco revisited may be the culprit of the same problem. So try disabling that one to see if it helps.

Bump If there's not any better way I might just use the console to do it, I've heard it doesn't really work that well though and I don't want to mess anything up. I'd much prefer to use a mod that simply lets me either remove perks and get the points back, or reset all of my perks. If there's not currently a mod that does it I'm sure there will be one not long after the creation kit comes out ...
Umm ok well if your into cheating, theres a simple way to get infinite skills in any skill, so thus you can do lots of damage. It is similar to the springheel boots cheat where you keep the enchantment without having to wear the item.

When you talk to Paarthurnax, he'll explain the situation, it is also good to talk to Arngeir, he'll fill up some details. Then you go to Sky Heaven Temple and tell Delphine you did no kill the Dragon. She'll be pissed but once she hears the power of your voice (it is the only dialogue option), she'll come around.
