On the PS3 her inclinations were Uti/Sca/Pio, at some time Challenger was up there too if I recall correctly. Now my current (PS4) Grace pawn is not even close to what she used to be, or so to say. Changing to the same class would be best, but as DDO said above, barring that, hiring a good strider pawn is next best. I'd make sure that the hired pawn has an inclination that you'd want her to mimic with similar skills that you want her to learn/use.
