I'm with Mosca on Old Forge...you can't go wrong! For brunch in Scranton, I'd recommend Carmen's at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel. It's a historic Train Station hotel and brunch is served in the exquisite lobby.
Howdy there Fummunda. If you're driving down from KC you might want to go through Grapevine (DFW area) to Tolbert's for some chili. It's only been open a few months and I haven't been, but it should be great chili (Frank X. Tolbert's 'Bowl of Red' is a classic chili text).

In this episode Guillermo visits Kings County Distillery, New York City’s oldest distillery after prohibition (opened 2010). The original post mentioned credit cards, NOT debit cards; that said, I have never used a debit card at any place other than an ATM, so I was not familiar with other fees that could be charged. The link below explains the fees you refer to and is another reason NOT to use a debit card for anything other than getting cash.
Hello all. I will be in Fairfax, VA, for a few days at the beginning of December and I should be able to spend a day in DC too. I don't drive, so I will not be able to go too far our of the way, but I am willing to uber further if something's that amazing.
