I have not heard of any free-standing specifically Indo-Chinese restaurants in the Boston area. However, some postings on this board have indicated that Namaskar in Davis Square is increasingly adding some Indian-Chinese items to their menu, such as chilly chicken and gobi manchurian.

i mean, it doesnt have to be grown here in fresno. but it has to be available to get at some place in the fresno area. i dont want something that you can get anywhere, i dont know exactly what i want but not regular fresno fruit something thats imported if possible i just dont know of any places in fresno that sell imported fruits and stuff.

Is Indian Accent more expensive than Junoon? Junoon serves what probably is the best Indian I've ever had. And while I don't object to their prices, I have been troubled by the over-formality of the place (which may well be a cultural difference; perhaps high end Indian still is very formal, even while high end New York restaurants have for the most part become more relaxed).
We have three staff members from India, and I asked them where their favorite place to get Indian food in Columbus was. All three independently told me (after saying that nothing was as good as being home) that Amul India is their fave in town. Two of them took me to dinner there, and I agree that it was wonderful.

Thought I’d add an update from my visit in August. After some lackluster breakfast pastries (and we would also toss the loaf of bread we bought) at French Corner Bakery, the sight of a taco wagon setting up on Sunday morning across the street next to the Bank of America parking lot gave us some hope for decent food.

The new restaurant in Avon is the Taste of India - same owners as the one in West Hartford. We have eaten @ the West Hartford location 3 times, but find the spices to be rather tame.
