It's just best to use whatever weapon style you're super familiar with, at least to start. Whatever sword skills you know the animations of. This is because the shine to perform a SSC always appears on the last hit of a sword skill, with the exception of Deadly Sins where it appears after the 4th hit during the pause.

I don't have Kirito Mode on my US playthrough. And the skill Sword Barrier which is the correct name, thanks on that btw, is not a default skill with swords. Kirito Mode when you complete it's story brings up a screen that clearly states that you unlocked 2 skills and 1 gadget for use in the main game.

Yeah that the best i find out when i was doing over 300 legendary's for my npc before uptade, wasting some time and making some good weapon for myself since i was doing a lot of 1 handed in a row and other weapon, i was save scumming all the way in, soo i figure out what max rolls was for each weapon, thats fun that 1 handed is a bit lower just because you can dualwield it ah ah.

Strange though, I also use PS4 Pro but I rarely come across any SSC Problems
