You can load your game and go for 100%, but as P3Productions said, in KH there's no saving beyond the final save point. To get the 100% on the Battle Record (if your chosen game mode displays one), you need to fight the final confrontations again. On the plus side, presumably you'll have better stats and equipment by then.
